Lillian Santiago

Lillian Santiago brings a unique blend of communication, marketing and advocacy experience to Bauzá & Associates. Arriving from her native Puerto Rico at the age of 22 with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Public Administration at Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, she went on to earn her Master's degree in Education and Counseling from Cambridge College.

A strong advocate on the enhancement, development and implementation of program that serve poor and disenfranchised communities, Lillian's career has included positions such as Director of CONCERN Employee Assistance Program and Director, Holyoke Mass, Director of Outpatient Services Division of the Drug Abuse Comprehensive Coordinate Office (DACCO) in Tampa, Florida.
