Carlos Pérez

Carlos is the IT Manager at Bauza & Associates in charge of the IT Operation

in the agency's Hartford, CT & Orlando, FL Offices. Carlos is responsible for the management, planning, support and training of all technology related business components including business continuity and disaster recovery. He is also responsible for the development of long-term strategies for solid, sustained technology growth in support of all business applications and data security.

He is a Microsoft Certified Professional who brings 6 years of IT Management experience to Bauza & Associates. He has worked with Aetna and Globeop Financial Services among others in managing project deployment and implementation. Managing Infrastructure Projects and Designing IT policies have been at the forefront of most of his projects along with providing consulting services.

Carlos is a member of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Inc. and is currently National Director of Information Technology for the Lambda Theta Phi Foundation.
